1. Creating the mood board and defining the brand’s aesthetic
Together, we’ll define the overall vibe and decorative elements based on your preferences, your venue, and your budget.
I’ll then provide you with mood boards to clearly visualize the wedding’s aesthetic vision: color palette, textures, materials, style, and overall atmosphere.
This forms the foundation of the entire design.
2. List of decorative items to buy and rent
Together, we’re compiling a comprehensive list of the necessary items:
signage,
photo booth,
ceremonial decorations,
table elements,
memory table,
gifts for guests, etc.
I offer options forpurchasing, renting, DIY projects, or custom-made items, depending on your preferences.
I can also handle the purchasing or renting and store the items until the big day.
Installation and removal of decorations
As soon as your venue is ready, I’ll handlethe entire setup of the decorations, working closely with the florist.
Everything will be ready before you arrive so you can experience your special setting in the best possible way.
After the installation, I'll come back to handle the uninstallation, usually the next morning.
You can also choose to help with the installation if you’d like.
