他のレビューを見て重い事は承知の上で購入しました。ですが使っているうちに重いだけではなく遅いも感じてしまいました。又再起動するとアイコンが全て初期化されてしまい返品（交換）してもらってもその現象が収まらず結果最新のパッチを再度ダウンロードする事で解決しました。サポートにおいては、ラインでのやり取りにおいて解決策を示してくれたのは評価できます。ですがやはり重い・遅いのでその点は価格として割り切って使うのであればお勧めです。結局もう一台処理スピードと軽さを兼ね備えたタブレットを別途購入しました。

初めてのタブレットだし、取り敢えず安いので様子を見てみよう！って事で購入しました。ほとんど動画鑑賞用ですが、違和感なく充分満足出来ます。アナログ人間の自分でも初期設定も、Googleのアカウントで簡単に出来たし助かりました。WBCを自宅ではない場所で、充電せずに４時間視聴しても20%くらい残量があったのでその辺りの心配も無く使用出来ます。

子供用に購入。ログインPINがわからなくなったのですが、メーカーサイトでは対処法が確認できず、メールで問い合わせをすると注文番号を伝えるよう求められ、数日後初期化の動画(中国語にかたことの日本語字幕）が送られ、問題が解決しました。機能と価格を考えるとお得だと思いますが、サポートは日本製品と違うので理解して購入する事をおすすめします。
